We’re happy to share that Joanna has joined our team as Consultant – Executive Search & Leadership Consulting, working from our #BraČ™ov Expertise & Delivery Centre.
Joanna spent the last 20 years in HR at Kromberg & Schubert, Continental and Preh. Over the years, she has recruited, assessed and developed people at every level, run assessment centres, built succession plans and worked with teams across many countries.
She studied Organisational Psychology and is a Certified Assessor. Because she has spent her career inside industrial companies, she knows first-hand what it takes to make good talent decisions – and that is the perspective she now brings to our clients.
At Hatwit, Joanna will work on Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Consulting projects for clients across Central & Eastern Europe and Western Europe.
